Hello, my name is Jennifer Lynn Chambers. I Love the Lord! Even though I’m disabled now, I’m still serving God. Because with Him All Things are Possible!

Sharing Threads of Hope was created in 2017 to tell “My Story”.

Everyone comes with a backstory and when chronic illness came into my life, I found out a lot about myself, what I was made of, both literally and figuratively, and ways that I didn’t know before.

You see, I’ve always had EDS Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, but when an extremely stressful time was upon me is when I started to get sick.

I will start by saying I’m a Follower of Jesus Christ and I Believe the Bible to be the way, the Truth, and the light for our souls.

God has called me to share my story and I know this takes courage, courage that I may not have but I’m excited for this site so that I may be able to help someone out along the way.

In 2014 my day-to-day life took a sharp right that I wasn’t the least bit prepared for. Things didn’t start making their visible appearance until approx. 3yrs. later in 2017 when I started being diagnosed with things I could barely pronounce – Yay me!!

My body was so physically sick, that I suffered from mental, emotional & physical exhaustion, it had all finally caught up with me and taken its massive toll.

But GOD strengthened, restored, and redeemed my sad, sad story into a walking/talking TESTimony. Now I live to share these Many, Many Threads of Hope.

So God has done and is doing some amazing things in my life.

I am so very grateful to have this opportunity to tell you the Hope that I’ve held on to over the last few years living with a chronic illness that has ultimately gotten me to my breakthrough.
